Cristina dos Santos offers two options at five doors: Ayurvedic Consultation and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy.

Ayurvedic Consultation

An Ayurvedic Consultation provides clients much more than momentary relief—they become empowered to care for themselves. Seeing an Ayurvedic Practitioner is something like seeing a wellness consultant, holistic healer and life coach all in one.

Ayurveda states that there are six stages of disease. Western medicine typically focuses on stages 4-6, when disease has already manifested into a serious health concern, requiring potentially traumatic and expensive procedures.

Ayurvedic consultation arms individuals to address specific, unique health needs preventatively in stages 1-3 before they progress to latter stages of disease, saving you time, money, stress, and long-term health issues.

I work with people who are told they are healthy by western medicine standards, but for some reason feel far from their best. People seek out my practice when they feel like something just doesn’t add up about their lifestyle, whether they have trouble with their sleep, weight management, or moods.

Creating balance with opposites, Ayurveda helps us feel lighter yet grounded, more at home in their bodies, and clearer in our minds.

Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy: Yoga for your Dosha!

Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy is comprised of highly personalized yoga sessions appropriate for the individual’s Dosha (constitution), combining the eight limbs of yoga - with an emphasis on asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath work), and dhyana (meditation).

Balance is created through opposite qualities, yoking the physical and subtle bodies for mind-body-spirit wellness.

Ayurveda and yoga are sister sciences, born in the Himalayas over 5,000 years ago. Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy marries the two, harmoniously creating a personalized, holistic healing modality.
