In this six-week series you will explore the importance of meditation and quieting the mind and cover additional topics including the five Koshas, The Kleshas/Obstacles, the Yamas and Niyamas and inner visualizations.

More About Nicci:

Nicci is an experienced teacher, cultivating nine years of teaching. Her practice began over 20 years ago in Johannesburg, South Africa. She has taught in studios, privately, corporate offices, and retreats.

Nicci’s teachings are steeped within the Yoga tradition and complemented by the wisdom traditions of Buddhism and Theosophy. Studies include Ayurveda, Hatha Yoga, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Reiki, Biodynamic cranio-sacral therapy.

Nicci' believes every moment is an opportunity to the realize the nature of your true Self. Practice kindness towards yourself and all other sentient beings. Live lightly on the Earth and in harmony with Nature. 

Nicci maintains a teaching and healing practice in Cambridge offering students private individual sessions as well as Spiritual guidance and life education.
