Reiki Level One and Level Two Training

Level One: Friday, November 2 from 6 to 9 p.m. $108
Level Two: Saturday, November 3 from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. $200
If you attend both sessions there is a reduced rate of $275

What is Reiki?
Reiki is an Energy Healing Modality, which integrates mind, body and spirit. Reiki promotes health and wellbeing by creating a calm and peaceful environment, attuning to the Higher Divine Energy (Rei-ki).

Why this training?
During this weekend intensive, we will cover how to access, understand and integrate this energy in your life and daily practice.

What will I learn?
In this session you will:

  • Develop your intuition and awareness

  • Bring Healing and Comfort to yourself and others

  • Experience Reiki through practice

At the end of the session, you will receive:

  • Reiki Attunements

  • Course Materials

  • Certification to Practice Reiki (Level One and/or Level Two)

Do I need to have yoga or any other experience to attend?
No. Each session will include a Kundalini Yoga practice, but these trainings are open to beginning students and seasoned practitioners alike.

About the Instructors:
Sahaj Kaur
Certified Reiki Master Practitioner and a Reiki Master Teacher. Sahaj has studied the healing arts of Sat Nam Rasayan, Ayurvedic Healing Yoga, and is a certified JivAtma healer. As a Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Teachers Trainer, Sahaj has thousands of hours of teaching and brings a subtlety, wisdom, and depth of understanding to her teaching. Patience and warmth come with her presence, bringing clarity and empowering her students to reach their full potential.

Shyamarupa:
Certified Reiki Master Practitioner and a Reiki Master Teacher. Shyamarupa has studied Ayurveda, as well as Bhakti Yoga for over 30 years and is a certified JivAtma Healer. Shyamarupa serves as a volunteer at the Brigham Women’s Hospital, bringing Reiki Healing to those in need. Shyamarupa brings a kindness and grounded energy to his teaching, emphasizing love, self-acceptance as a baseline, transforming others into powerful healers.
