$10 Teacher Spotlight: Fridays @ 5:45 p.m.

We are going to switch it up in April and showcase a different teacher each Friday night @ 5:45 p.m. We hope you will stop by to meet a new teacher or to support a favorite teacher—and perhaps bring a friend, neighbor and colleague and make a night of it. And don’t worry, Anna will be back to teach this class in May!

April 5: Gabriella Mira (regularly teachers Saturdays at 11 a.m.)
April 12: Tristan Stewart (regularly teachers Sundays at 11 a.m.)
April 19: Bronwyn Nia (regularly teachers Thursdays at 5:45 p.m.)
April 26: Gabriella Mira (regularly teachers Saturdays at 11 a.m.)

What is Slower Flow?
We try to keep the names of the classes to the style of yoga—it isn’t a perfect system, but we want to make it as easy as possible for students to know if a class is for them. So in this class you will move a bit slower than you would in a Vinyasa class—typically we’ll start with one to two yin postures, move into a gentle flow and then finish with some nice, longer-held restorative postures.

Need More Inexpensive Yoga Options?
We offer $10 yoga classes every Tuesday and Thursday at noon, as well as a donation-based class every Friday at noon (In May noon schedule switches to Mondays and Wednesdays). Also, if are dealing with a loss of income for any reason, contact us and we can work out a payment plan… we don’t want financial stress to keep you off your mat (when you need yoga and meditation the most).
