Cristina dos Santos

Cristina dos Santos is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, yoga instructor and intuitive healer who utilizes Yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki and prayer in her approach to holistic wellness.

Cristina’s Ayurveda, yoga and Reiki studies began in 2007 under a mentor and she completed her first 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2014.  Most recently, Cristina lived abroad and obtained her additional 500-hour certification in yoga’s birthplace: Rishikesh, India.  She now has over 750 hours of training and has been teaching full-time for more than five years. In July of 2018, Cristina certified her first group of teacher trainees through her intensive, individualized program and discovered her passion for empowering others to be vessels of Love and Light as teachers.

While completing her bachelor’s degree in International Affairs at Rollins College, Cristina had the opportunity to study in depth global human trafficking. It was during this time she realized that her true calling is holistic health – helping and empowering victims of trauma to find healing. Currently, Cristina is working with an urban ministry in Boston to bring yoga and holistic healing therapies to victims of trafficking and domestic violence. Having experienced first-hand the wondrous healing of Ayurveda and its sister science yoga, it is her goal to share with others the same tools she discovered years ago. During her classes and sessions, Cristina emphasizes the importance of love, kindness, and compassion for self and others, encouraging students toward a place of deep inner peace and oneness.

Cristina loves leading both domestic and international retreats, but she can usually be found teaching, healing, smiling, and exploring Boston with her husband, Will.

Christabeth Ingold, RP
Reiki, Polarity Therapy and Akashic Record Readings

close up tree.png

Through Christabeth’s deep love and interest of how the mind, body, and spirit are connected, she’s trained in reiki and polarity therapy since 2010, with a shamanic twist and focus on the chakra system. The energetic body holds memories and patterns, which can keep us stuck OR be supportive to us.

Energy is fluid and is able to move and shift. It’s part of why we do the things we do, or feel the way we feel. The memories, information, and patterns our energy systems hold may create dis-ease within us, which can manifest differently for everyone. Through shifting and realigning your own energy so it’s working FOR you, you will feel grounded, clear, and open to the magic of your life. Sometimes the energy you’re holding may not even be yours, and it’s something you took on for some reason. Your sessions are intuitively led as well as led by your guidance (if you’re open to that;) for support and insight to any patterns you hold specific to you.

Akashic Record Reading

In an Akashic Record reading, Christabeth accesses what’s known as Akasha- an energy field. Imagine there is a big, beautiful library in Akasha where your own book lives that holds your soul’s journey. In a reading, we “check” your book out and you have the opportunity to ask any questions about your present life, past lives, soul contracts/relationships including animals, life purpose, work/career, stuck places, finances, passed loves ones, lessons, and much more!

The records offer incredible, easy-to-understand insight to help you on your own soul’s journey. They beautifully explain how these things are helping you and what they are teaching you. The records may provide deep, and life changing information- they also believe we have free will and want us to make the best decisions possible for ourselves!

Christabeth also offers holistic massage therapy and transformational life coaching.
