1:1s with Anne Marie
Join me for a one-hour session where we will spend the first 10-30 minutes chatting about your wellness goals + then we will explore some breath + movement based on our conversation. This can be a one-time session or ongoing, depending on your needs. I am always happy to discuss some of the things that have worked for me—most recently I have been battling (battled?) long covid + an autoimmune flare-up (while trying to age gracefully) + have learned a few things along the way. Our conversations can be about food, sleep, digestion—or we can stick to yoga + breath work.
